What Is Counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy that enables you to explore your issues in a safe, confidential environment without being judged. It is very rare that we are free to share our thoughts and feelings with someone without fear.
Each counselling session is 1 hour
and the amount of sessions required differs from person to person.

Costs can vary depending on the Counsellor you use, but prices generally start at £45 per session or £240 for a block of 6 - (£40 per session). Discounts may apply for those on low wage.
