Cancellation policy

Treatments and Space Usage £20 deposit required for all booking ( per day for events). This is Non Refundable under ANY circumstances if cancellation was to occur. You may be able to transfer session to another date if you give 48hrs notice for treatments. Min one week for events bookings. Workshops £40-£50 deposit required for all bookings. This is Non Refundable in ANY cancellation. If workshop price is less than £50 this is considered the same as deposit. If 72hrs notice is given this can be transferred to another date. Where cancellation occurs and full payment has been made NO refund is available but the balance if the course ( minus deposit) can be transferred to another workshop.

Notes on refund-
*Appointment and and space are limited. Whilst you hold date it's preventing others from using this service.
*Time and money would have been spent on your appointment including administration ( inc invoicing and issuing of refunds or moving appointments, consultations ( in person, phone and email)and bookings, printing of course materials and purchasing of food etc for workshops.
*By booking you are making a commitment to the booking if you decide to cancel for any reason it is not healing time/divine edge responsibility.
