Sacred Sound Journey

Come join us and be bathed in Sacred Sound for a deep whole body relaxation journey using Crystal Singing bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Harp…

We will enjoy a Cacao together before guiding you into the sounds of the cosmos.

Sound healing has been used for centuries to synchronise the brainwaves helping us to achieve profound states of relaxation. It helps to replenish the frequencies of every cell of the body.

Our bodies are 70% water, and water is an incredible conductor of frequency, when the sound vibrations wash through the body they promote flow through the bodies energy channels, shifting through blockages and lowering stress levels and improving sleep.

We have mats, pillows and blankets but please feel free to bring your own and a drink of water.
