Service Description

Diagnostic consultation is included in this session. Fascia is an irregular connective tissue that forms a single connective web throughout the body. Within this connective tissue there are numerous blood vessels, lymph vessels and nerve endings which may be compressed by inflammation in the muscle tissue. The application of the tape provides a 'snap back' effect which can assist muscles and joints, normalising the glide between the skin and the myofacia. Decompression of inflamed tissue can improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which in turn reduces the inflammation and aids repair.
