MINDFIT- 6 Week Course HEALING MeditatioNS
For complete beginners or even the experienced, this course introduces you to a variety of styles of meditation all with the same intention...to heal all areas of your life. During the 6 weeks we will look at past lives, self love, mindfulness, releasing negative habits, using crystals and manifesting the life you want! We will work on a timeline by healing our past, present and future and you will learn a variety of meditations that you can do at home.
